Emanuel School

This amazing childcare centre is located within the grounds of Emanuel School at Randwick. It is run by dedicated team of teachers and staff, with whom we consulted about how they would like to use the space and what features they would like to have. The brief gave us a general idea and we then elaborated on many of the opportunities we could see for this really steep and challenging terrain. What may appear as an obstacle can become a landscape opportunity. We enjoyed creating a fun and joyous play and learning environment for the children. We included all sorts of elements to make little hands and feet busy and their minds happy, such as the custom made cubby house, climbing play structure, art studio, crazy pin ball run, mud patch and sand pits. We look forward to proceeding with the detail design stage of this project.
